Seriously???? As if Glasgow hadn't already proven himself to be a completely incompetent States Attorney, he nearly causes a mistrial in a monumental oversight of evidence disclosure. Win or Lose (and personally, I think he will lose this case based on lack of evidence), Glasgow must be voted out of office. This baffoon is an embarrassment.

This is all such a circus. Unfortunately, I think Mr. Peterson will walk. Hopefully there will be justice for Kathleen and Stacy's families.

This will prove to be a real circus. One don't know what to believe anymore especially with the way the media reports things these days. "She drowned in a dry bath tub" they report. Depending on the configeration of the drain, it could be possible the water drained out by the time she was found. Wouldn't the coroner have known if water in the lungs entered after she was in fact dead? Seems so. And what of Tracy...some say she simply ran away with someone else, left her kids and was in fear of her life. If that was so and she was alive wouldn't you think she would come forward and testify against Peterson now, lock him up for good and get her kids back??? Peterson is a whack job and a big mouth cop with a mentality to match. I'm sure he said a lot of things being BMOC that were bluster. I hope the legal system has their dog and pony show in order and the facts come out and a fair trial results. I know this guy is a jerk,,,prove to me he is a killer and lets move on.

Usually the Prosecution / State Attorney will be able to get any and all information needed to be released in order to properly present the States' Motion acting under the State Attorneys office and usuually on opening statements display to test the water, there is allways a sence of wondering as apparently the Defense Attorney was mumbling on about the small limited milestones of Good in Petersons life and that was suddenly halted by the Judge Because as we all know peterson is a pile of feces, dung PERIOD Postponed for over three years the State will prevail and Petersons' fate and the truth will somehow surface scumbag Wonder how many of his old buddies have been supoened for supression and testimony. Public records shows the police went to her house over 16 times before he killed her and apparently some other people know what actually happened it will be exciting Francis the jurors know better and each know exactly this piece of craps past

The Prosecutor has so screwed up this case.

Is it at all possible that the SA knew this would be disallowed, but wanted to plant the seed in the minds of the jury? This may have been a calculated risk that the SA was willing to take. The judge denied the request of a mistrial, so on with the proceedings.

Hate to say it but based on evidience I don't think the SA should have brought this case to court. Understand that public opinion wants to see Drew put away, but he has to be able to prove it and get a full jury to agree. Now he looses an important piece of evidence through lack of disclosure and opens the door for a Peterson appeal. Not saying that Drew is innocent, just that he knew that law.

So far the first day of the trial sounds like a bust. But I think the edge still goes to the defense.

If this in was Florida Mr Drew would be guilty and probably would be gunned down there was a Final Injunction against Drew Peterson that was issued and reissued by the courts in the injunction it is clearly stated threats abuse physical abuse from mr drew. He crossed the line and the loser Police Department will have to answer why he crossed the line and was allowed to walk. Threats on Kathleen children and family. It was her house not his house it was her life not his life and in cases like this all the signals will put mr drew as he is a manupulating control preditor who unfortunatly worked as a cop and abused every rule and loophole that he HAD available As i said The State will Prevail The Courts enforced the injunction the Police Department Did not There is no judge that i know of that would not allow the State Attorney to do his job. They will discuss the filthy facts and the past and the remains of the other wife who was nothing but a scared child trapped in this sick mans scum.

If it was Flordia ,Drew would be acquitted! Remember the Casey Anthony trial.

Lets see Francis Your correct there was no injunction in the Csey Anthony case and there weren't multiple issues of violence , with other missing persons involved like another wife ( a woman wouldn't leave her natural Children ) and the poor one who fell asleep in the bathtub sent all the correct signals and warning signs then when the truth came out about her death to the child Stacey after the State Attorney allowed the Casket to be reopened it was time to get rid of Stacey Mr Peterson has the highesty regard for life and respect i can allmost feel the love they all shared .

Kathleen's casket and second autopsy was done AFTER Stacy disappeared, and people came forward with information connectiong it to Kathleen's death. Stacy wanted out of the marriage and had started to talk.
