Out of Town Blotter: Darien Man Charged with Urinating in Public
Police said the man and a friend urinated behind a residential garbage dumpster in Downers Grove.
Christopher Doogan, 25, of 7756 Brunswick, Darien, and Scott Blum, 25, of 1217 Hawkins, Downers Grove, were charged with urinating in public and disturbing the peace.
Police said they urinated behind a garbage dumpster outside of a residence in the 1000 block of Curtiss in Downers Grove around 2 a.m. Saturday.
After being told to stop urinating by residents, the two intoxicated men became belligerent, hostile and verbally abusive, according to police.
