Cruise Night Wednesday at Q Bar & Grill

·      It’s Wednesday night cruise nights at Darien’s Q Bar & Grill from 6:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. Modern and classic cars, motorcycles, trucks and clubs! “Enjoy oldies music from BGV Motorsports and food and drink specials… A Top Vehicle Award will be presented at each cruise night! … We will be fundraising for Cruise Night Charity of Choice!”

·      “Please join the Darien Chamber of Commerce and the Darien Community in welcoming Cass Avenue Motors to the Chamber and the area. Cass Avenue Motors will be holding an open house and having a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 7th at 5 p.m.!” The event is at 8404 Wilmette Avenue, Unit E.

·      Darien’s Wild Orchid Salon (75th and Lemont in the Chestnut Court Shopping Center) is offering half-price haircuts for students throughout the month of August if you mention their Patch ad. A great opportunity to get spiffed up for heading back to school!
