Shop, Drop and Relax: A Great Escape

One of my recent discoverys is Fox's Designer Off-Price Boutique, 17 W 480 22nd Street, Oak Brook Terrace. Although it's been around the North Shore for a long time, Fox's just recently opened this fall in our neck of the woods. I find something unique and affordable every time I stop here. The store carries designer clothing, including Calvin Klein, Michael Kors and more, at unbeatable prices. Some of my finds include a Vivienne Tam sweater for $39.95, as compared to more than $75 at Macy's; a gorgeous New Year's Eve dress for less than $70; and one of my favorite sweaters for less than $40.

Fox's is hosting its annual Spring Party this Saturday, March 19, beginning at 10 a.m., featuring its new spring collection, along with refreshments. Why not get a couple of friends together for a shopping day?

After Fox's, it's likely that you'll end up at one of the many stores in the vicinity, including Oak Brook Center, DSW Shoes or Nordstrom's Rack.
