The Hidden Harry Potter

On Wednesday, July 13,  the Indian Prairie Public Library at 401 Plainfield in Darien will host Steven Frenzel of Marquee Movies presenting “The Hidden Harry Potter” at 7 p.m.  This program is free, open to the public, and relevant to everyone from 7th grade to 70.

With the final Harry Potter movie being released on July 15, this program is especially relevant.  Frenzel will offer an insider’s peek at one of the most treasured film series of all time.  Steve will share jokes, behind-the scenes info, and trivia facts. He’ll also show clips of the movies.

A former teacher, Steven Frenzel combined his classroom experience with his love of film to begin teaching film appreciation courses.   Eventually, Steve chose to devote himself full time to creating dynamic, educational film presentations, and Marquee Movie Presentations was born.  Drawing on his extensive experience in the classroom, Steven has introduced hundreds of students to the wonderful world of film, and his presentations have made waves outside of the classroom as well, educating and entertaining audiences at libraries, senior centers, veterans groups, and other organizations. Registration is required and may be done in person at the Ask Us Desk of the library, by calling 630/887-8760 ext. 239, or online at ippl.info.
