PHOTOS: Darien Tree Lighting and Holiday Expo

Locals gathered as town officials, students and local vendors roll in the holidays with lights, food, raffles and shopping.

It was a fun filled Sunday evening as Darien residents gathered with the Eisenhower Junior High Choir for the annual tree lighting ceremony.

Darien founder Sam Kelley was in attendance as well as Mayor Kathleen Weaver.

The Holiday Expo was held at Lace School and had such vendors as Home Depot, Mary Kay, Firefly Photography, Massage Envy and Oakridge Hobbies and Toys. Many of the vendors had give-aways and guests could enter to win several raffle prizes.
