State Rep. Ron Sandack Will Seek Reelection to 81st District Seat
State Rep. Ron Sandack, who moved from the Senate to the House in Jan. 2013, was also recently named a Republican Floor Leader.
State Rep. Ron Sandack (R-Downers Grove) will seek another term representing the 81st District.
Sandack will formally announce his re‐election bid Tuesday, Oct. 29, according to a release from his office.
Sandack will make several appearances Oct. 29:
- 9:30 a.m.: Downtown Downers Grove, Main Street Metra Station Fountain
- 2:30 p.m.: River Bend Golf Course (on the lawn), 5900 State Route 53, Lisle
- 6 p.m.: Tele‐Town‐Hall
Sandack, who served in the Illinois Senate before moving over to the House in January 2013, will also serve on the new Illinois House Republican leadership team beginning Nov. 1.
In Springfield, Sandack serves as the ranking Republican and spokesperson for the Economic Development and Roads Committees and also serves on the Tollway Oversight, Health Care Licenses, International Trade & Commerce, Judiciary, Labor & Commerce, Transportation and Regulation Committees and the General Law Subcommittee.
