The Southwest Suburban Children’s Choir is a non-auditioned ensemble open to 4th, 5th, and 6th grade children with a desire to sing. Our ensemble meets weekly and will perform two concerts during the spring session of our 2012-2013 season. All rehearsals and performances will take place at Hinsdale South High School in Darien, IL. All rehearsals will be held from 4-5pm on Thursdays. All performances will be on Sunday afternoons.

As a member of this ensemble each child will prepare for performances as well as expand their knowledge of choral music. No previous musical experience is required but a commitment to attend rehearsals and performances is essential for any member of the group.

If your child is interested in joining or you would like more information, please visit our website www.swschoir.org or contact us via email swschoir@gmail.com or by phone 708-285-3498. We are very excited about the new session and want to bring it to as many children as possible. We sincerely hope you will consider making SWSCC a part of your child’s life.
