SUNDAY, OCT. 13

Bike Stolen

A bike was taken from a patio in the 7400 block of Brookdale Drive. It was later recovered.

THURSDAY, OCT. 17

Residential Burglary

Several items were stolen from a home in the 6700 block of Dicosola Court after someone shattered the patio door to enter the house.

SATURDAY, OCT. 19

Car Burglary

An unlocked car in the 900 block of Windemere was burglarized and several items were taken.

DUI Charge, Disorderly Conduct

Paul Garcy, 41, of the 17W600 block of Concord in Darien, was charged with disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, illegal transportation of liquor and driving with a defective windshield following a traffic stop at 9:37 p.m. in the 1800 block of Frontage Road. Garcy was released and given a court date.

Amy Mariano, 38, of the same address, was also charged with disorderly conduct. She was released and given a court date.

SUNDAY, OCT. 20

DUI Charge

Kyle Rhoden, 18, of the 0-100 block of Ingleshire in Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and making an improper turn at an intersection at 3:08 a.m. in the 1200 block of 75th Street in Darien. He was processed and released with a court date.

MONDAY, OCT. 21

Retail Theft

Marguerite Mozdzen, 56, of the 7300 block of Seminole in Darien, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 2189 75th St.
