Dad Accused of Shooting Up in Gas Station Bathroom Pleads Not Guilty

A man with his wife in a gas station bathroom while their children were left inside a running car has pleaded not guilty to a drug possession charge.
Andrew Burr denied the charge during a Jan. 23 hearing before Judge Kathryn Creswell.
Andrew and Georgina Burr, both from the western Illinois town of Walnut, were arrested on Christmas Eve. A grand jury recently indicted the couple. Georgina Burr is scheduled to return to court on Feb. 6.
