Darien Police Looking for Three Teens Who Robbed a Bicyclist

Darien Police reports Aug. 31 to Sept. 2.

are looking for three men who robbed a man of his bicycle near the intersection of Clarendon Hills Road and Elm Street. It happened around 11:30 a.m. on September 2.

The victim told police that he was appoached by three males who knocked him down and stole his bike. The three are described as:

(1) A black male, about 16 to 17 years old, 6'2", thin build, 160 lbs, dark skin, black hair with loose braids or dreads, a red baseball hat, clean shaven with a thin mustache, wearing a white tank-top under a red button up shirt and blue jeanns

(2) A Hispanic male, about 16 to 17 years old, 5'8", 140lbs., light skin, short black hair, tan cargo shorts, white t-shirt, spoke with a slight hispanic accent, tattoos on forearm and the tail of a scorpion or dragon visible at the shirt line on his upper arm.

(3) A White male, about 15 to 16 years old, 5'6", 180lbs., muscular build, short blonde hair, red shorts, red baseball hat and a white shirt.

The bicycle was described as a gray Trek mountain bike, with front and rear black spring shocks and red with yellow accent lettering on the frame. The estimated value of the bike is $300.
