Retail Theft
Jordan Mercado, 18, of the 7300 block of S. Woodward in Woodridge, was charged with retail theft following an incident at Walmart, 2189 75th St.

Traffic Violations
Rashun Edwards, 38, of the 800 block of Pine Cove in Gurnee, was charged with having an expired plate sticker, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended/revoked license and making an improper U-turn.SATURDAY, OCT. 5
DUI Charge
Michalina Melendez, 25, of the 900 block of Pennwood Lane in Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence, improper turn at intersection and an equipment violation following a traffic stop at 12:55 a.m. in the 2800 block of 87th Street.
