Hearing Scheduled for Arguments over Nodarse Medical Records
Johnny Borizov's defense team is seeking co-defendant Jacob Nodarse's medical records.
Judge Daniel Guerin scheduled a Feb. 9 hearing for attorneys in Johnny Borizov's triple-murder case to offer their arguments over medical records his defense team is interested in analyzing ahead of a possible trial. Borizov is accused in the murders of three members of the Kramer family in March 2010. His co-defendant, Jacob Nodarse, pleaded guilty last year and is expected to testify against Borizov. Nodarse mental health records, as well as those of Angela Kramer - the mother of Borizov's son - are being sought by the defense for various reasons.
