Judge Continues Darien Triple-Murder Suspect's Case to September
Court officials say both sides need more time to study mounds of evidence.
The next status hearing for triple-murder suspect Johnny Borizov will be Sept. 8, according to court records.
The attorney for Borizov is of co-defendant, Jacob Nodarse, to support their defense that Nodarse might have acted on his own .
Court officials said both sides need more time to sift through the voluminous amounts of evidence.
Borizov and Nodarse each are charged with multiple counts of murder in in a scheme to kill Angela Kramer, the mother of Borizov's son. Prosecutors allege Nodarse fired the fatal shots.
