Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct After Urinating Outside Mark DeLay School
Police said they received a call reporting indecent exposure.
A Westmont man was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 29 after received a report of indecent exposure near , police said.
Tyler D. Smock, 18, of the 00-100 block of Falcon Plaza, was arrested about 2:30 p.m., according to the report.
He told police he urinated on a bush by the school but denied any other activities, police said.

Smock was identified as the man involved in the incident and was given a court date of Oct. 11, police said.
