Police Blotter: More Mailboxes Damaged

Darien police reports, Nov. 10-12.

After several residents' mailboxes were damaged on Halloween, another rash of them were damaged a couple of weeks later.

Between Nov. 10 and Nov. 12, Darien police received five reports of broken mailboxes. Three of them occurred in the 8900 block of Middleton, with residents reporting lossess of $50, $100 and $200.

Another report was filed in the 4200 block of Westminster, with an estimated loss of $50, and a mailbox was also damaged in the 1500 block of Winterberry Lane with an estimated loss of $60.
