White, Nathaniel, 36, of 2958 White Thorn Circle in Naperville

Charged: DUI, speeding, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, improper lane usage

White was arrested for DUI after passing the officer on I55 at 81mph in a 55mph zone and driving erratically. White was observed to have a strong odor of an alcoholic based beverage coming from his mouth as he spoke and his speech was slurred. A bottle of beer was seen on the floorboard of the drivers side of the vehicle. White admitted to consuming alcohol. White was processed at the Darien Police Department, where he refused to submit to chemical testing. White was released and was given a court date of 09/25/2012 in Wheaton

Margentina, Dominick J, 20, of 7819 Chestnut Ave in Woodridge

Charged: Retail Theft

Margentina was arrested for retail theft after taking 2 Otterbox Cell Phone cases past the last point of sale of Wal-Mart. Margentina was cooperative and was processed and released from the scene with an ordinance citation and court dates pending. Total loss of the items taken was $150.

Buccieri, Alexander, 25, of 6716 Alpine Lane in Westmont

Charged: Fleeing and Eluding, Speeding, No License, Improper Use of Registration, Disobeying a Stop Sign, Failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, No Insurance

Buccieri was arrested for fleeing and eluding after an officer attempted to stop him for speeding. Buccieri fled for approximately 6/10 of a mile and the officer lost sight of Buccieri. The officer later observed Buccieri and the motorcycle on the ground after being involved in a crash versus a curb. Buccieri was transported to the hospital and later released. Buccieri was given a court date of 10/04/2012 in Downers Grove Field Court.

Wolzen, Daniel, 28, of 8420 Captons Lane in Darien

Charged: Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery, FTA-Warrant

Wolzen was arrested for Domestic Battery after a physical confrontation with the victim, in which the victim's finger was injured. Wolzen was processed at the Darien Police Department and transported to DuPage County Jail.
