Computer Stolen
A computer was taken sometime between midnight and 12:30 a.m. from a residence on the 500 block of 71st Street, police said.

Wallet Cleaned Out
Someone took a wallet and removed all the contents on the 7900 block of Knottingham. The incident occurred sometime between 11 p.m. July 20 and 1 a.m. July 21, police said.Police: Person's Report Fake
Someone reported that several males during the early morning hours entered an apartment on the 1100 block of Plainfield Road while the resident was home, but nothing was taken. The person who reported the incident was later arrested for filing a false police report.THURSDAY, JULY 18
No License, Suspended Registration
Juana Barrera, 49, of the 1800 block of Cermak Road, Chicago, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. at 103rd Street and Lemont Road. Barrera was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, no valid driver’s license and failure to yield-left turn. Barrera was processed and released with a Sept. 26 court date in Downers Grove.

Vehicle Stomp
Someone stepped over a vehicle at 7:45 p.m., causing damage to the hood, bumper and trunk on the 8500 block of Woodvale. One of the vehicle's windows was also broken during the incident.-----------------------
