Daniel Baier, 30, of the 400 block of Hills Street, Downers Grove, was arrested at Walmart, 2189 75th St., and charged with retail theft. Baier was processed and releasedSUNDAY, DEC. 8
Cervantes, Elvis, 20, of the 200 block of East Alpin Drive., Glendale Heights, was arrested near the intersection of Lemont and 97th and charged with underage drinking, failing to signal, improper lane usage and driving without a license. Cervantes was processed and released.
SATURDAY, DEC. 7
A cell phone was taken off of a table at Home Run Inn Pizza, 7521 Lemont Rd.
A Christmas decoration was damaged in the 2200 block of Carlow Drive.
FRIDAY, DEC. 6
Carr, Kenya, 22, of the 8900 block of South Harper, Chicago, was arrested in the 7500 block of Cambridge and charged with domestic battery. Carr was processed and taken to DuPage County Jail to await a bond hearing.
THURSDAY, DEC. 5
Collins, Brandon, 18, of the 1100 block of Rhodes Court, Wheaton, was arrested Walmart, 2189 75th St., and charged with retail theft. Collins was processed and released.
Pedro Damian, 18, of the 700 block of Wilson Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was arrested at Walmart, 2189 75th St., and charged with retail theft. Damian was processed and released
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 4
A student had his wallet and money taken from his gym locker at Hinsdale South High School. The locker was not secured correctly.
A package was taken from a residence in the 7400 block of Brookdale.
Warias, Roman, 30, of the 1000 block of Towner Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested in the 700 block of Plainfield Road and charged with aggravated driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without insurance and improper lane usage. Warias was processed and transported to DuPage County Jail to await a bond hearing.

Someone cut the wire of Christmas lights on a house in the 900 block of Andermann.
MONDAY, DEC. 2
A student had an iPod taken from an unsecured gym locker at Hinsdale South High School, 7401 Clarendon Hills Rd.
SUNDAY, DEC. 1
A 14-years-old Downers Grove boy and 15-years-old Darien boy were in the 7900 block of Cass Avenue and were petitioned to peer jury for curfew and juvenile possession of tobacco.
