What Next After Borizov Murder Conviction?
Johnny Borizov has been found guilty of the murder of a Darien family, but sentencing and a few other questions still remain as the shooter, Jacob Nodarse, was in court again last week.
With Johnny Borizov now having been convicted of the murder of Darien residents Jeffrey, Lori and Michael Kramer, sentencing questions remain as the shooter himself, Jacob Nodarse, returned to court on Thursday for the first time since testifying against Borizov for a brief hearing on his own fate, the Chicago Tribune reports.
According to the paper, Nodarse, 26, formerly of Countryside, who has confessed to shooting the Kramers to death on Borizov's instructions, will serve a minimum of a 45-year term for the murder of Jeffrey Kramer (other charges were dropped in a plea deal;) Nodarse himself has said he expects to never again be a free man.
Nodarse's next status hearing for sentencing is on June 16, but his sentencing will likely be delayed until after that of Borizov, whose sentencing date may be set at his own next hearing in late June, the paper said
