FRIDAY, OCT. 26

Battery

Gutis Stanevicius, 26, of 4800 block of West 109th St., Oak Lawn, was charged with battery after his arrest at Brookhaven Marketplace, 7516 Cass. Stanevicius was processed and released with a court date of Dec. 10 in Wheaton.

No License

Rafael Garrido, 41, of the 6700 block of Aspen, Westmont, was charged with driving without a license and driving without a registration plate light after his arrest near the intersection of 75th

DUI

Peter Wittwer, 43, of the 100 block of Oxford, Clarendon Hills, was charged with driving under the influence, failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash and damaging city property after his arrest in the 300 block of Plainfield Road. Wittwer was processed and released with a court date of Dec. 3 in Wheaton.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 23

No Insurance

Asim Raja, 50, of the 600 block of West 55th Street, Hinsdale, was charged with driving without insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked license after his arrest near the intersection of 75th and Cass. Raja was processed and released with a court date pending in Downers Grove.

DUI

Maurice Harris, 23, of the 7400 block of Woodward, Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence, illegally transporting alcohol, speeding and improper lane use after his arrest near the intersection of 75th and Adams. Harris was processed and released with a court date of Nov. 19 in Wheaton.
