The  is hiring a general utility worker III for its .

This particular position will serve the city's streets division by plowing snow, helping to maintain roads and ditches, and mowing grass, according to the job ad. In terms of the water division, the position will help with repairs on water mains, meters, hydrants and valves. The employee will be on call around the clock and must obtain a commercial driver's license within six months. Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry or mechanical work is desired.

Starting salary is $38,588 but could go as high as $56,555, the ad said. Employment includes a substantial benefits package.
