Village Puts Downtown Downers Grove Property Out to Bid
Opportunity knocks for developers interested in purchasing and redeveloping a Main Street property in heart of downtown Downers Grove.
The Village of Downers Grove is putting a property in the heart of downtown Downers Grove out to bid for qualified developers.
The village is seeking proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of 5117 Main St. The property is 6,367 square feet and is currently improved with a 5,798-square-foot retail and office building with a basement.
A development plan which includes retail uses on the first floor is desirable. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the village by noon on July 31, 2014,
