Cass Junior High School Supply Lists for Grades 5-8

Following are lists of school supplies needed by students at Cass Junior High School this year, as found on the district website. 

According to the district’s website, many families may have pre-purchased items via the supply kits that were sold during the school year. The items will be available for pick during the school’s August registration. For more information contact the district office at 630-985-2000.

 In addition to the items listed below, teachers may require additional items, and will provide information when school begins. Supplies will need to be supplemented periodically.

Please be advised that wheeled backpacks do not fit in the lockers.

All supply and clothing items should be marked with the child’s name, as the school would like to keep its lost and found as empty as possible.

Grade 5:

• 5 spiral notebooks (wide-ruled, 1 with 200 pages)
• 6 folders – heavy, glossy paper (color-coded to match subject spirals or accordion files)
• 20 ballpoint pens – 10 red, 10 black
• (24) #2 pencils with erasers (sharpened, please)
• 1 combination English/Metric ruler
• (3) 3x3 post-it-note cubes
• (1) 4x6 spiral notebook
• (3) 5-pack dividers w/tabs attached (3-ring)
• (1) 2-inch hard-cover 3-ring binder (no trapper keepers, please)

5th/6th Grade Boys – Long sleeve white shirt, dark slacks

5th/6th Grade Girls – Long sleeve white blouse

All students – Neutral-colored slacks/shirts and dress shoes
