The Darien Park District First Step Preschool is a DCFS licensed preschool that offers a variety of classes for ages 2 ½ - 5 years old. All classes are offered at the Darien Park District Community Center in newly remodeled rooms. Please contact our Preschool Director, Jean Starshak, for additional information or to schedule a tour. We also offer a program for 2 year olds (no potty training necessary). Please see the "Early Childhood Programs" link for information on our "2's Day at School." Classes are filling up fast, so register early!
