Mayor Names Feb. 6 Lakeview Jr. High Cross Country Day
The team received the honor in recognition of their third place finish at the state meet.
It's been quite a year for the boys cross-country team.
They had an 8-0 record in the SDEAA conference this fall, followed by a first-place finish at the sectional meet in October.
In their third consecutive appearance at the state meet, the team placed third with 164 points.
