Schedule: Hinsdale South Homecoming Week

Monday – Pajama Day

Kick off the week with the annual Homecoming Parade, which starts at 5 p.m. at and ends at , where the Freshman/Sophomore Stinger Bowl begins at 6 p.m. Following the underclass Stinger Bowl, students will rally around a bonfire at 7 p.m. The Senior/Junior Stinger Bowl caps off the evening at 7:45 p.m.

Tuesday – Neon/Tie-Dye Day

Cheer the Hornets’ as the girls volleyball team takes on Proviso East at home, starting at 6 p.m. in the main gym.

Wednesday – Twin Day

Students should come to lunch armed with their dancing shoes for a DJ dance off in the school cafeteria. At 3 p.m., they’ll break to decorate the hallways for the rest of the week.

Thursday – Jersey Thursday

Find out what secret talents Hinsdale South teachers have up their sleeves during the Hinsdale High School Teachers Association Faculty Variety Show at 7:30 p.m. in the school’s auditorium.

Friday – Class T-Shirt

Get ready for the big game during a pep assembly at 2:20 p.m. in the gym. At 7:30 p.m., students and alumni will pack the stadium for the Homecoming football game against Morton.

Saturday

Experience a Red Carpet Romance during the annual Homecoming dance at 7 p.m. in the Field House.
