Cass Junior High School's Math Team Continues to Succeed

On Saturday, February 15, 2014, the Cass Junior High School Math Team participated in the 31st annual MathCounts competition at Rasmussen College in Romeoville.  The team earned a 4th place finish out of 21 teams.  The team members that attended the event are: Giovanni Ahern, Garet Pierce, Eddie Ma and Michael Ardovitch.  The MathCounts competition, sponsored by the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers, is made up of a sprint, target and team rounds.

 These young men have been competing with the math team for several years and make up one of the most successful math teams at Cass Junior High School.  Congratulations on many years of hard work!
