Darien Park District Garden Club September Meeting: 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3 at the Darien Public Library. Bill Karges, owner of Pioneer Garden & Feed in Villa Park, will identify the problems in damaged plants.
Brush pickup in Darien ended last Friday, Aug. 30, but if you missed it there will be another the week of Oct. 21-25. Residents can also take take their brush to the Municipal Services Facility, located at 1041 S. Frontage Rd., and place at the designated location---
