The March 7 train-on-pedestrian incident that killed Hickory Hills resident Eric Bennett near the Cass Avenue station has been ruled to be accidental in nature after the DuPage County Coroner's Office investigation.
The 16-year-old from Florida went missing earlier this week from the Institute in Basic Life Principles in Hinsdale.
The lone occupant of the house at the time of the fire was not injured, Tri-State Fire Protection District Chief Michelle Gibson said, but a dog inside died.
