Hear that sound? It’s your home air conditioning system, which has probably been running nearly non-stop since early June. With temperatures stuck in the 90s and even 100s over the past month-and-a-half, many residents have been enjoying a respite from the heat in their climate-controlled homes. But they may be less than enthusiastic when the electric bill comes. If you’re looking for a way to beat the heat and save a little money, too, the Indian Prairie Library has a program for you.
