Darien residents do not be discouraged! Statistical information can be somewhat misleading. Let's say for example that two of the lower priced homes hadn't sold ($113,00 and $130,000) and instead, two higher priced homes of above $300,000 did. The median price would be changed to $296,000 and the % change as reported, would have been (+) positive instead of negative, even though the area home … more ›
