For a man who apparently enjoys being naked, a move from his lawn into his open garage didn't cut it with police. A man charged with disorderly conduct for being naked in his open garage this month has been caught before, when he pleaded guilty to smoking outside his Darien home in the nude. Scott D. Svencner, 50, of the 1000 block of 79th Street, was charged Dec. 8 with disorderly conduct. Police said he was walking around his open garage naked at 3:15 p.m. He pleaded guilty to two similar charges in November 2010, when police said neighbors complained about seeing Svecner smoking outside in the nude twice in September 2010.
