Darien Celebrates Veteran's Day

VFW Post 2838 Veteran's Day Ceremony Community members will gather at 11 a.m. at the VFW Memorial in Community Park to honor veterans during VFW Post 2838's annual Veteran's Day ceremony. "Help a Hero" with a Haircut Through its Help a Hero program, Sport Clips will donate $1 from every haircut on Veteran's Day to VFW Operation Uplink, which helps facilitate calls home for active service members during the holiday season. You can also donate online via Sport Clip's website through Nov. 13.
