Get Out: CORE Fitness Center Triathalon

What's going on this weekend? Patch has some ideas for you to celebrate the end of the work week. Try something new, and you just might be surprised.

1) Indoor Triathlon Where/When: Lemont Park District CORE Fitness and Aquatic Center, Saturday, 7 a.m. Why Go: This is a scaled down version of a regular triathlon—only a 10 minute swim, 10 minute bike ride and 15 minute run with no minimum distance.  No setting yourself up for failure here—just an incredible feeling of accomplishment (or... a great excuse to go out and eat a big breakfast afterward).
