8/14/2012 White, Nathaniel, 36, of 2958 White Thorn Circle in Naperville Charged: DUI, speeding, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, improper lane usage White was arrested for DUI after passing the officer on I55 at 81mph in a 55mph zone and driving erratically. White was observed to have a strong odor of an alcoholic based beverage coming from his mouth as he spoke and his speech was slurred. A bottle of beer was seen on the floorboard of the drivers side of the vehicle. White admitted to consuming alcohol. White was processed at the Darien Police Department, where he refused to submit to chemical testing.
