Presented by LaManda Joy. New and archival materials illuminate the importance of the WW2 Victory Garden movements and Chicago's leading role in it...and how the city is again in the forefront in community food production.

Ms. Joy lectures nationally and spoke on this topic at the 2013 Chicago Flower and Garden Show.  She is inspired to teach everyone she meets to grow their own food.
