Cannabis Arrest in Uninsured Car

Donna Glorioso-Tihlarik, 57, of 80 Olsen Dr. Naperville, IL was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis, operating uninsured motor vehicle, and cited for a seat belt violation near N Frontage / Cass at 8:18 pm. Glorioso-Tihlarik was processed and released with a court date pending.

Sometime between Friday May 17th and Saturday May 18th, someone drive over the Carriage Greens Golf Course damaging the greens. Total loss $500.00.

X-Sport Window-Smash Theft I

At 1:08 am in the parking lot of X-Sport Fitness, 7511 Lemont Rd, Darien, IL victim stated that a driver's side window broken out of their vehicle and that a wallet was taken.

Louay Alsaid, 24, of 9 S 334 Nantucket, Darien was arrested and charged with operating uninsured motor vehicle, driving on a suspended / revoked driver’s license, speeding, and improper turn at intersection in the 8300 Blk of Lemont Rd.

X-Sport Window-Smash Theft II

Between the hours of 11:30 pm and 1:00 am victim found their driver's window smashed, and his credit cards taken at the X-sport fitness center 7511 Lemont Rd, Darien, IL.

Car Keyed

A report was taken for criminal damage to vehicle in the 7200 Blk Summit, Darien, IL. Sometime between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, vehicle was "keyed" while parked in the driveway.

Battery and Reckless Conduct Arrest

Giedrius Lisniecenka, 20, of 418 E. Ravine, Willow Springs, was arrested and charged with battery, reckless conduct, and reckless driving at 12:25 am at Cambridge / Abbey. Lisnicenka was processed and released with a court date pending in Downers Grove.

Trash Can Set Afire with Purse

At 8:36 pm at Darien Community Park a trash can was set on fire. Unknown person(s) set a vinyl purse on top of the can and ignited it.

Suspended License, Illegal Liquor

Eric Vasquez, 21, of 3024 S. Drake, Chicago, IL was arrested at 3:00 am in the 7100 Blk of Clarendon Hills Rd for illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, suspended or revoked driver’s license, and speeding. Vasquez was processed and released with a court date of June 13th, 2013 in Downers Grove.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 8

Warrant Arrest

Kenneth Carson, 32, of 1117 75th St. Darien, was arrested on a warrant in the 7500 Blk of Cass. Carson was processed and taken to DuPage County Jail to await a bond hearing.

X-Sport Window-Smash Theft III

A Chrysler Pacifica window was smashed and a purse was taken from the X-Sport fitness parking lot at, 7511 Lemont Rd, Darien, IL at about 9:00 am. Total loss undetermined.

No Driver's License

Brian Hilgart, 19, of 4912 S Keating, Chicago, IL was arrested at I 55 / Lemont for no valid driver’s license, and no front license plate. Hilgart was processed and released with a court date pending in Downers Grove.

Ty Holden, 51, of 123 Highland, Willowbrook, IL was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis, expired license plate sticker, and possession of drug equipment at Cass / Hinswood at 3:30 pm. Holden was processed and released with a court date pending in Downers Grove.

DUI at Cass/Frontage

Sabrina Zamudio, 25, of 6225 Dunham Rd, Downers Grove, IL was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at Cass / S. Frontage at 3:01 am. Zamudio was processed and released with a court date of June 11th, 2013 in Wheaton.

A blue with green rims boys’ Schwinn Falcon bicycle was stolen from the front yard of the 8000 Blk of Farmingdale, Darien, IL at about 9:15 pm. Total loss $110.

Tires Slashed on Work Truck

A criminal damage to vehicle was reported at 6:38 am in the 1100 Blk of Foxtail Ct. Darien, IL. Sometime over night, 3 of the tires on the GMC work truck were cut. Unknown monetary loss.

DUI on Lemont Road

Franciso Castro, 46, of 19 W 574 Deerpath, Lemont, IL was arrested in the 8100 Blk of Lemont Rd for driving under the influence, and improper lane usage at 12:09 am. Castro was processed and released with a court date of June 11th, 2013 in Wheaton.

Broken Window Home Burglary

A residential burglary was reported at 10:00 pm in the 1400 Blk of Pine Cove Ct. Darien, IL. A patio door window was shattered, and the house was entered. Several items were taken. No one was home at the time. Total loss is undetermined.

No License, Illegal Liquor

Ramiro Cante Franco, 24, of 161 Monterrey Dr, Bolingbrook, IL was arrested near Cass / 75th at 10:11pm and charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and no valid driver’s license. Franco was processed and released with a court date of June 13, 2013 in Downers Grove.
