Malav Bhavsar, 38, of the 0-100 block of Beverly in Wheaton, was charged with speeding following a traffic stop at 5:43 p.m. in the 8500 block of Bailey.
SUNDAY, AUG. 25Car Damaged
A softball-sized hole was found in the rear window of a car parked in the 1800 block of 71s. The damage occurred sometime between 6 p.m. Aug. 25 and 6:15 a.m. Aug. 26.

THURSDAY, AUG. 29
Warrant Arrests
Daniel McCarthy, 51, of of the 6700 block of Lakeshore in Westmont, was booked on an outstanding warrant. He was given a Sept. 16 court date.
Eugenia Bender, 34, of the 13700 block of S. Springfield in Robbins, was booked on an outstanding warrant.
