Police Blotter: DUI Charge for Michigan Man

MONDAY, SEPT. 2

DUI Charge

Louis Plzak, 75, of the 300 block of N. Whittaker in New Buffalo, MI, was charged with driving under the influence, no driver’s license and improper lane usage. Following a traffic stop at 9:21 p.m. near Cass and Plainfield. He was given an Oct. 1 court date.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 1

Allen Freeman, 22, of the 16W500 block of Honeysuckle Rose in Willowbrook, was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended/revoked driver’s license following a traffic stop at 1:52 p.m. in the 8100 block of Cass. 

George Simeonov, 26, of of the 1300 block of Urban in Darien was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failure to wear a seat belt following a traffic stop at 11:59 a.m. in the 8400 block of Bailey.
